The Ripple Effect of Leadership

From self-awareness
to collective impact.

This is the starting point of the Ripple Effect of Leadership: how you show up shapes how you lead. Under pressure, in a difficult decision or through change, your words and reactions influence trust, collaboration and your team’s ability to act. I work with you on this connection to develop leadership that recognises its impact and supports both people and organisational goals.

The Ripple Effect of Leadership

Your inner experience
reaches beyond you.

Explore three levels of attention

What is happening within me

Under pressure, reactions can take over from intentions. Naming your state, needs and boundaries can help you regain room to choose.

What am I bringing to this conversation before I even speak?

What is happening between us

How we listen, speak, decide and offer feedback shapes relationships. Small, repeated adjustments can change the quality of everyday exchanges.

What response does my way of communicating invite from others?

What becomes possible together

A leader’s habits contribute to the team climate: trust, collaboration and initiative. I help you observe the effects, gather feedback and adjust your practice.

What do my habits make possible — or difficult — for the team?

For example: a conversation you keep avoiding

A manager understands the principles of feedback but postpones a difficult conversation. I explore with the manager what is holding them back: fear of conflict, a belief or an earlier experience. I help the manager clarify the expectations of their role and the team context, prepare a conversation, then review what they tried and how the other person responded. Insight becomes a practical experience whose effects on relationships and the collective I help them observe.

Leadership · Human Resources · Psychology

A person. A context.
A tailored approach.

What you experience involves more than a skill to develop. Your story, responsibilities, relationships and cultural environment matter too.

My lived experience, international background and HR experience inform how I listen and ask questions. My psychology training and MBA help me understand the person while keeping the priorities of their wider environment in view. I help you connect this understanding with practical choices and actions, then observe their effects. This connection between self-awareness, context and practice is what gives my approach its distinctive character.

01

A psychologist’s perspective

Understanding the emotions, beliefs and relationship dynamics that influence behaviour.

02

HR and organisational experience

Connecting individual needs with role expectations, recruitment decisions and talent development.

03

Understanding organisational priorities

Connect support with the organisation’s objectives, priorities and constraints: evolving roles, talent development, collaboration and change. Keep people’s needs and operational realities in view together.

04

Assessment that supports development

Observation, simulations and feedback help clarify strengths and development priorities. I use these insights as a starting point for experimenting in daily work and adjusting practice.

05

An intercultural perspective rooted in lived experience

Growing up in an international environment shaped how I see people and relationships. I pay attention to expectations, cultural norms and ways of working to adapt support to each context.

From insight
to a different way of acting.

As a Learning Coach, I start with a real situation: a difficult conversation, feedback, a new role or a decision. I explore with you what shapes how you act — emotions, beliefs and habits — alongside what your role and environment require. I then help you prepare a practical experiment, gather feedback and adjust based on what happens in daily work.

My distinctive approach brings these perspectives together: understanding human behaviour, recognising organisational priorities and supporting action. My assessment experience helps clarify development priorities; my international background brings attention to cultural differences. The aim is to strengthen your autonomy and make changes observable in your daily work and relationships.
